One of the most important aspects of your job, if not THE MOST IMPORTANT, is posting and reconciling payments. However, without expensive software, it is near impossible to do this automatically costing you valuable time, money on salary and worse, CLERICAL ERRORS.

opticXpress has a solution that you may be eager to learn about. WE NOW PROVIDE 835 ERA INTERPRETATION AND TRANSLATION SERVICES! Using our service, the possibilities are endless, your clients will benefit and so will your bottom line.

To find out more about this invaluable service, give me a call today at (866)688-3335 X1 and ask for more info on our 835 Interpretation and translation service. I guarantee that you will have nothing to lose but the seemingly endless piles of EOB's on your employee's desks!

When performing routine eye exams on Aetna Patients it is a good idea to get in the habit of using Z01.00 OR Z01.01 as your diagnosis code INSTEAD of a code beginning with "H52". This is because many of Aetna's plans actually are set up to pay for routine eye exams but ONLY if the primary diagnosis is = Z01.00 OR Z01.01.
